We are Jane Pack and Anne Village and we have worked in administration for over 35 years. During that time we have supported countless MD’s, senior executives and managed offices containing up to 1,000 employees.

In order for other organisations to benefit from our expertise, we decided to launch Virtual Quality Typing Services, a secretarial service based business that specialises in providing the following:

We are based just outside of London and pride ourselves in providing a personal touch to all our clients. Being a small professional company the people you speak to are the same people who you will work with.

Your work will never be discussed with third parties, your original files will be returned, destroyed or deleted according to your wishes and no copies will be kept.  You can be totally assured of your own privacy and the confidentiality of your data.

All work is sent back by secure file transfer and the file is given a password.
