Transcription is a process to convert digital media files into a typed document. We use professional software for both audio and video files.
Some examples of types of transcriptions are:
- Correspondence – letters, emails
- Meetings – board meetings, brainstorming sessions, consultations
- Conference and telephone calls
- Inventories and snagging lists
- Market research focus groups, depths and IDIs
- Medical
- Legal
- Film/TV
- Student dissertations and thesis
We charge per audio minute and not per hour. This means you know exactly how much each dictation will cost regardless of how long it has taken to type. It is estimated that a good quality dictation will take approximately 3-5 times its length to transcribe.
